TastyLink provides a platform for food businesses to create link-in-bio pages with integrated menus, photo galleries, and business information. Our service allows you to:

• Create and customize a public profile page
• Add and manage links to external websites
• Create and display digital menus
• Upload and showcase photo galleries
• Track analytics and visitor engagement
• Generate QR codes for easy sharing

Account Registration

To use TastyLink, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a unique username. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to TastyLink. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• Make your public profile and menu pages accessible to visitors
• Create backups and ensure service reliability

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions.

Prohibited Uses

Termination

TastyLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TastyLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
