# Using QR Codes

QR codes make it easy for customers to access your content instantly.

1. Go to "QR Codes" > "Pages"
2. Choose what to link to:
3. - Main page
4. - Menu
5. - Gallery
6. Select location (optional)
7. Generate QR code

After generating:

1. Click "Download"
2. Choose size and format
3. Save for printing or digital use

Placement: - Table tents in restaurants - Window displays - Business cards - Promotional materials

Size: - Minimum 2x2 inches for print - Test scanning from expected distance - Ensure good contrast

Testing: - Scan with multiple devices - Test in different lighting - Verify correct destination

Create special offers:

1. Go to "QR Codes" > "Offers"
2. Create a coupon or promotion
3. Set expiration and usage limits
4. Generate unique QR code

Monitor QR code scans:

1. Go to "Analytics"
2. View scans per QR code
3. Track by location and date
4. Optimize placement based on data

When replacing QR codes:

1. Archive old codes
2. Create replacement
3. Track both separately
4. Maintain scan history
